Join Our Team as a Professional Driver
We’re hiring a full-time driver to join a structured, dispatch-based taxi service serving Winchester and surrounding areas.
All trips are coordinated through company dispatch, and drivers operate as part of a small, professional team focused on reliability and service.
What You’ll Do
- Accept and complete trips through company dispatch
- Transport passengers safely and professionally
- Follow established procedures for all rides
- Maintain accurate trip records
- Provide courteous, dependable service
Pay & Schedule
- Hourly base pay
- Commission on trips completed
- 100% of tips go to the driver
- Performance-based incentives
- Company-provided vehicle (no vehicle expenses)
- Set weekly schedule (full-time hours available)
Requirements
- Valid Kentucky driver’s license with clean driving record
- Must be at least 25 years old
- Clean criminal background
- Familiarity with Winchester and surrounding areas
- Professional, dependable, and safety-focused
