    Do you take credit cards?

    Yes. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Cash is fine too.

    Can I schedule a ride ahead for a certain time or date?

    Yes, absolutely! We encourage you to schedule pickups in advance for rides to work, appointments, or anywhere else you need to arrive by a certain time. You will need to choose a regular, or private cab when booking as the shared rides cannot be scheduled ahead of time.

    Do you have a flat rate price?

    Yes we do. When you call for a cab mention the “flat rate rideshare” option. These are available only within Winchester and its immediate outskirts. Certain conditions and restrictions apply.

    Can you pick up food, beverages, and other household items and bring them to me?

    We do NOT. We are a taxi service and can take you where you need to go to get these items.

    We do wait at stores for pick up orders to be brought out to the cabs. We will also wait at any drive thru(s). However, our drivers do not shop for the items themselves and bring them to you.

    Is it extra for someone to ride with me?

    No. The price of the trip doesn’t change with extra passengers as long as the pickup and destination are the same. However, we cannot overload the car. Private cabs are limited to 4 people in your party and the shared rides are limited to 2 people in your party.

    How do I apply to drive?

    Call us at 859-749-3337 and say you are interested in driving. That will get the process started.

    Do you pickup outside of Winchester or Clark County?

    Yes. We do this almost every day.

    Prepayment is required for all trips outside of Clark County and a few areas in Clark County that are a good distance from the city limits of Winchester.. If prepayment is required, the passenger will have to show an ID and sign a credit card receipt at the start of the trip.

    Do you make stops or wait on customers at locations?

    Yes, but we do charge to sit and wait so keep that in mind. Also, keep in mind that you will need to choose a regular, private cab when booking as multiple stops and waiting are not available with the shared rides.

    It is best to have us wait on you for quick trips to convenience stores, drive thrus, and for pickup of orders at restaurants, pharmacies, and stores that are ready for you to grab and go. If you are going to be at any location for more than just a few minutes, it is usually always better to have us come back and get you rather than wait on you.

    There are a couple places in Winchester where we will not wait.

    One is at Walmart for you to go in and shop. In the past when we have done this it always caused problems so we do not do it anymore. We will wait on you for pick up orders or for you to pick up at the pharmacy.

    The second place we will not wait is at any pawn shop for you to pawn something. We will wait on you at pawn shops if you are going in to make a payment but not to pawn items. If you ride with us to a pawn shop to pawn something, you will be dropped off and must pay the fare at the beginning of the ride.
