Your Taxi will be “on-time” and so will you.

You can schedule a ride ahead of time and the taxi will arrive at or very close to that time. It is highly recommend you schedule ahead for things like work or appointments. That’s because…

“On-Time” Does Not Mean Last Minute, or UnSafe!

Our drivers are very safety-conscious. It is written into their agreements with Clark Taxi and we stress this with them regularly. Our drivers are required to obey all traffic laws, speed limits, and traffic signals. No rolling thru the stop signs or rushing while “on the road.” So by “on time” we mean that we will be there when we say. We DO NOT mean that you can call us 15 minutes before you are supposed to be somewhere and get there “on-time” always. That is not what we mean.

We do what we can to keep wait times as short as possible. No one likes waiting, and we try to keep your wait on a taxi short. During our busiest times at morning and afternoon rush…especially around the 1st of the month…wait times will be longer than usual. We do our best to give you an accurate estimate as to when your taxi will be arriving–EVEN if we cannot get to you quickly at the time.

So its always best to schedule ahead if you have a specific time you need to be somewhere. Otherwise, know your taxi will be arriving within the time frame you were told when you called to book the ride.
